Hugs to you. We know your pain well. How can it be that we married this person who has/is treating us so poorly? It's difficult to process the path our lives take us on. We cannot believe that one day we're living the life we thought we would live and then the next day/week/month, our life is completely different. We wouldn't dream of betraying an acquaintance the way the person who was supposed to love us the most, who was supposed to protect us, is now treating us. My conscience wouldn't allow me to hurt anyone the way my ex hurt me and our family.
Your husband is cruel. These are your children and he shouldn't be bringing them around another woman for a long time. Much less the woman he was cheating with.
Why has your daughter not been over to see you in a few weeks? Have you filed for divorce?
I'm so sorry you have to go to a funeral. You're in a fragile state right now, and I know attending a funeral will add to your sad emotions.
We're here when you need to talk. Hang in there, once clarity arrives you will no longer want to get back together with your husband. Right now you're wanting "your normal" back and we all go through that.
