Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...

3 weeks is still not enough time to truly see the effect it will have on you so give it a bit more time.
After having the floor ripped out from under me, my anxiety was beyond anything I could take. You know that feeling of butterflies in your stomach or abdomen? I called it the butterfly tickle but not a GOOD kind of tickle! lol.. I had it 24/7 panic attacks and I felt like I wanted to crawl out of my skin. This went on for 2 weeks till I was about to pull my own hair out. So not only broke down and let them give them to me, hell I went in there ASKING for help!!! They knew given how I had said no for so long it must be really getting to me.
They gave me Buspirone which I had never heard of but I took a dose in the morning and one in the evening. I was also given clonazipam to take as an added layer of help. I was to only take that when it was really bad and I had breakthrough anxiety/panic. I only got 30 of those. This was 4 months ago and I still have a few of them so the Buspirone worked pretty well.
I finished the script of the buspirone a couple of weeks ago. Since I have not had any of the panic attacks or tickle. However, my h and I have gotten to a really good place so it isnt the issue it was then. If however the anxiety were to return at that level, I certainly would take it again. Sometimes it is just more than we can take and the emotional part is hard enough to deal with. Adding to that an actual physical effect that is taking its toll, makes getting through it even more difficult. Take whatever help you need. Getting through it with your sanity in tact is the ultimate goal.
I'm sorry about your situation. I pray that God will heal your heart and give you strength!

Clinical depression is like having diabetes. You body is producing too much, or too little, of a chemical.
All the Anti-D does is balance the chemicals out (usually by suppressing the production of a specific chemical).
So once the Anti-D is in effect, what you are left with is the real you.
I believe that in situational depression, because of the stress involved, the same overproduction of chemicals that happens in clinical depression is occurring.
If your depression is situational, eventually you won't need the med.
One thing to keep in mind is that when you are ready to come off, be very sure to take your doctors advice. Different Anti-Ds behave very differently when you wean or quit cold turkey.
(By the way, I am not a doctor, and not dispensing medical advice. I know what I know because I was on about five different Anti-Ds over the course of 10+ years.)
