Truth be told, a lot of CS have a hard time continuing in their ways, once their secret is out in the open. The excitement has waned, unexpectedly, and they have to deal with a lack of that rush that drove them in the first place.
If you lower your expectations, and hold yourself responsible for your own happiness, (re: the 180,) they won't know what hit them. There is no cat and mouse game to be played. You move forward, and watch them spin around and around chasing their tails, because you're not falling for their manipulation. Then, just sit back and watch what happens. The balance of power shifts, and you can thank your lucky stars that you are no longer a slave to worrying about someone who is emotionally immature and reckless. I guarantee, you will feel 10 feet tall, and the reaction will be priceless!

I have read about the 180 and like the idea, just find all the steps hard to stay with. However whem I do several of them he does take notice and even asks if there is something different going on. The month of Dec as hard as it will be I plan on only caring if me and my kids are happy, if he wants to be happy he will have to do it for himself and if that includes me then even better.
