It sounds like your husband is gone. If you haven't heard from him, then you can't depend on him anymore. Please go to your doctor and get advice for what to do about your depression. Go to the hospital if it gets worse.
You need to treat yourself with the same care that you give your family. You can't care for them properly, if you don't put yourself first.
Get some counseling if possible. If you have any activities that you have enjoyed in the past (Yoga, reading, volunteering), try to make time for yourself to do them now.
You only have one life to live. Live it well. That power never really comes from somebody else for most people. We have to make our own way, and our own happiness has to come from within.
Hes not worth it. You deserve better. Take good care of yourself!
Definitely get help from a counselor, you will need it.
