i can sympathize. it's a hard situation for all of us. some days are better than others. I have always been a rock for my family, the one that confides others and trucks through tough times. This is so diffferent, for the first time I feel overwhelmed with my hurt and various emotions from the affair my h had. since you are not around people that can help you, you really need to reach out for help and find some self help books, they are great. one that has helped us is, "Love and Respect"...it has a WOW factor you'll be happy you read it. we've used it as a tool, we each read the same chapter, underline areas that are important to us and then we discuus the chapter before moving on. it is a great ice breaker and a good conversation starter. the jealousy we are feeling is due to our hurt and we can get strong again!
another thing is that you should voice your concerns and if his heart is in the right place then he will never hurt you like that again. my best to you.
