Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
Ask yourself if he is worth all the deception and lies. Is he worth making you look or feel like a fool. Chances are--he's not. A "best friend" should not make you feel bad about yourself.
Give yourself some time. You'll find someone else.
I've had my share of heartaches and so have millions others. Life goes on. You meet someone else. That's the way life is. By the way if this guy was your "best friend" would he have treated you the way he has? Love covers up a lot of blemishes for sure but don't sit there and think he's the one and only out there. Have a good cry over it, get with your girlfriends and go out have a good time and then take life as it comes. I can tell you if I was 18 again a permanent relationship would be the last item on my agenda. Go out and see what the rest of the guys your age have to offer. Hang in there it will be alright.
I hope this doesn't affect how you do in school. There were some rough times in your relationship so the best thing to do is focus on what you need to do now for your future. Time will help heal that heart of yours. I'm sure you did love him after all that you have put up with.
Just remember to love yourself first. Thats the only way to experience true intimacy with someone. HUGS!
