I am just curious about this. My H bought me a gift certificate to a salon for my birthday which was 3 weeks prior to DDay. He also bought one for his sister, who live in the next city. The salon is near my house and I have never gone with his sister before. So I thought it was a little strange at the time. Well, once I found out about the OW, I asked him about it and he said he gave it to her because it got messed and he couldn't give it to his sister. Of course I do not believe him. He has been with me about everything else, so I'm just wondering if there is a legal reason he would lie about this. I filed for divorce the week after I found him at her house. I believe his lawyer has told him not to tell if he bought her anything. Does anyone know if there are legal ramifications if him buying gifts for her?
