As for why they are already saying I love you to each other, that can happen very quickly, especially in a romantic affair and I imagine that they have probably been texting or chatting a lot in between then and now. That really isn't important though, what's important are his actions and that you can not let yourself be treated like that. It is very, very tough to do but you have to shut this man and this other woman out of your life for yourself and for your daughter. You definitely need to take control of the situation and report that woman now.

He sounds like a mega player. Nothing good would come of it, and some day he will get pay back for hurting so many women.
