Cheating exists in secrecy. This woman's husband has a right to know what everyone else seems to know.
I would also ask your H to delete the Snapchat app on his phone and show you.
Remember, cheaters only admit to what they think you already know.

Your husband need to give up snap chat. Look at his snap count... if he only chats with her, you will soon see how far out of hand it had gotten.
Good thing she confessed and he apologized. There are texting capabilities on all apps... I would demand to have private immediate access to his phone, computer and all social media... even if it means signing into his kik and snap chat from your phone and wait for someone to contact him.

Deleting snap chat and having his passwords would be a good first step.
Something more could have happened and further investigation into his activities is warranted.
