Thanks!!
People cheat because they feel entitled to cheat. Thats it. Thats my simple answer to the painful question of WHY? I dont believe people cheat because theyre broken, or their FOO issues, or because of the staggering powers of Facebook crushes. I dont believe people cheat because of mid-life crises, which descend on former church deacons like a toxic cloud of musk cologne. I dont believe people cheat because of peri-menopause. I dont believe people cheat because that hussy flung herself at him and wore down his defenses after his mother died. I dont believe people cheat because monogamy is not an evolutionary imperative. I believe people cheat because they give themselves permission to cheat and thats a matter of character.

I hope I've chosen authentic reconciliation, I think I have.... I want to see the unicorn!
I say "you seem" because even though you talk the talk here, I don't know if you actually walk the walk. Only your wife knows that. Plus, I am permanently skeptical. I do hope that you and your wife see the elusive unicorn. I like the idea of the "post nuptial" agreement chump lady speaks of often. It's a document that pretty much signs over everything of monetary value to your wife if you get caught cheating again. Scary to a cheater I'm sure, but a completely useless document if you never cheat again.
Good luck to you both
