My opinion only - you need to kick your husband to the curb and not look back. He doesn't have your best interests at heart as evidenced by his earlier requests for you to have sex with strangers for his enjoyment. You deserve better than this.
As for your daughter, if it were me my alliance would be with her BUT (and its a big one) you have to hold her accountable for her actions and decisions. She may have been on drugs, but she's still responsible for the outcome of her actions. Don't step in and minimize any of that for her - its enabling and robs her of the chance to work through the consequences. Hold her responsible for her part, help her get help if she needs it, and forgive her once she's earned it. Think of it this way - if someone kills another while they are in a drugged state, they still have to pay the penalty and do jail time. It doesn't excuse their behavior AT ALL.
I'm so sorry that you had to deal with this double betrayal - it sucks and its not fair. Hopefully something good can come from this.
