I also have a dream dictionary and try to see what my brain is trying to tell me! All my bad dreams have to do with the other woman. I still sense her to be a threat. They still work together!
I ended up with a prescription, as well, in those early months when the anxiety and stress were so high. (It was a multi purpose med which also helped with unrelated physical problems.) It's not the right course of action for everyone, but it may be worth talking to your doctor.
Meditation helps me a great deal, now. I also find that when anxiety, stress, or emotion (dream related, current, or past brought on by triggers) start to get out of control or overwhelming, I do better when I remind myself of the reality of the moment. "I am safe right now. I am cozy and warm in my bed. Bad things happened in the past, but RIGHT NOW my husband is in bed next to me and if I reach out to him he will comfort and console me."
And then - sometime - asking my husband to hold and comfort me - as a reminder of what is NOW.
It seems like the intensity and frequency of the nightmares does fade over time. Hang in there and take care of you.
