Alls I can say is to take it one day at a time with 'no contact.' Sounds like she moved on from you already? And it hurts? When it comes down to 'no contact,' that always hurts...

It may be a battle, but keep your goal in mind: to save your marriage. I don't know your specifics, but I hope you'd feel even worse if you lost that. So this is the road with the least pain, even if it is still painful.
