Yeah, I 100% agree. Being a cheater is a bad class of people to be in. Don't worry, we all will come out ahead, good things happen to good people.

I was always proud to be the woman, wife and mother that i am but why then does it feel like the good ones always finish last?

I think it looks like the good ones finish last because we do it the right way, we don't cut corners...we put in our best, and try our hardest...and all of this takes longer...takes more time. But, ultimately, we can sit back with a clean conscience, and we won't have the guilt and regret eating away at us in the end.
I agree it seems cheating is the norm..but I'm damn proud I stayed faithful through my whole marriage, separation, and the final divorce date. I have nothing to be ashamed about.

Hurt37...Believe me when I say, that there are days when I feel that way...Why, if i am a good person, does this happen? It just does I suppose... no rhyme or reason to it. Who are we to think that nothing can hurt us, that we are immune to this kind of bullshit...because it is bullshit...BUT, if I am blessed enough to live a long and healthy life...I know that when I take my last breath, I will be proud of the woman, the sister, the daughter, and the spouse that I was. Knowing that I did my best, fought for my marriage, fought for my family, and didn't hurt anyone along the way...well, doesn't that make all of us exceptional? If you believe in Heaven, like I do ( because, if there is a hell, this has to be it)you won't finish last on that line...you will be all the way at the front.
I don't want to get preachy...but I refuse to let this SHIT define my entire life...NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!! Don't allow it to happen to you...

I guess I too fall on the exception side! I'm proud of the mother,friend,sister and wife that I was and still am today. I choose dignity and respect. I want to look in the mirror and be proud of who I am. I agree that taking the "right" path is sometimes the hardest. But really...we have seen what happened to our spouses when they chose to "cut a few corners" in life. We now live with that pain too, but what doesn't kill us will only make us stronger! Cheers to us all for being the exception!
