Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
If you weren't man enough for her? Then she should have left you and then picked up with whatever manly man would have her.
I know the scars that hang around after we get burned can keep us from letting another in, but if you want a relationship with another in this life time....you'll have to at some point. And you will...when you're ready. Nothing wrong with allowing yourself time to heal as you can and all of that...but in the long run, it doesn't do us much good to punish a new person for what the old ones did to us.
Now, I could say that this isn't love. At least, it isn't to me. But it could be for your EX. Sure, for me, cheating and lying and playing these head games is not love and is not healthy, but it could be part of who your EX is as a person.
Yes, I can look back now and say my EX did love me, but HOW he loved me was kinda shitty, what with the name calling and lying and cheating. And that was how he loved.
So, maybe your EX did love you, but how she loved? Not good enough. I am especially turned off by her level of maturity as she gets angry so she can spout off hurtful stuff and degrade you.....she's not a keeper.
On this one, maybe it's best for you to count yourself lucky that she's gone. Cuz keeping her around would just be a level of bullshit that no one deserves.

take none of it and be done with her
She needs to self-justify her rotten behavior. It's one thing to try and address whatever issues exist in the relationship DURING the relationship, but it is an entirely different thing to use those issues to justify bad behavior AFTER the affair.
There are good reasons to end a relationship, but never is there a good reason to cheat while in a relationship. Don't give her another reason to cheat on you, you ended it because she cheated so now let her find another reason to cheat on someone else. Don't let it be you again.
