Ok I just started my stims so I know they aren't the cause of my issues. But I have been on Lupron since Sept 8th and I am having the absolute worst dry scalp issue. To the point that it is raw and crusting over. I typically have the OPPOSITE problem where everything is too oily. Has anyone ever had anything like this happen? My scalp HURTS so bad! And I thought I was going to be worried about the stupid shots! Also if anyone has any suggestions as to how I can help my head heal that would be great too! Thanks

something you can try for your dry scalp is baby oil. it's gentle but will help to moisturize your scalp without irritating it further. hopefully you'll feel better soon!

No I'm sorry I haven't but have you told your Doctor or Nurse, some side effects aren't side effects but allergic reactions. There's a lot we have to put up with but there are things that we don't. I hope you feel better.

Are you taking thyroid medication? That caused serious problems for me and hair loss.

Funny that you post this question... because I to have been oon lupron since 9/8 and I have always had dry hair and scalp... and now my hair has become so oily.. yuck!! I had plan on asking my re tomorrow when I go for my u/s...... Wishing you loads of sticky baby dust!!!

I also have a super dry scalp from follistim. For the first time in my life, I have dandruff, although its been fairly manageable. Anyway, I know this sounds yucky, but when my stepdaughter had cradle cap we were told a home remedy is egg whites. We were hesitant but finally gave it a try because nothing else was working. It actually worked - well and fast. Try googling it.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
