Yeserday was the day we recieved all our results and decided where to go from here and it was nothing i wanted to hear.
Test 1 (hubby's SA) 6 million I knew he was scoring low as he had been 19 million before but never has it been that low. I expected to be told he was low like 19-16 million but 6 million that's a blow i'm still trying to wrap my head around.
Test 2 (to see if ovulated) nope i didn't not that should be a surprise but i was really hoping i was.
Test 3 lh,fsh,and everything else came back good
Test 4 (hsg ) one tube left patrially obustrated right side open and good to go.
I'm so angry and sometimes at me at DH i just have no clue where to direct this anger. Last night and today all i've done is go through crying spurts like were not up agaisnt one battle but three how do we concieve with that and is it even possible. I had so much hope going into his office and now the hope was crushed in a matter of minutes it's just so unfair. Why does it com so easy to people but no not for us it's a struggle emontionally, finically, and every other way. Why is it the one thing we want more than anything were not being allowed and who made that stupid decsion anyway certainly not me.
The doc said were going to do a couple different things. 1 increase my metaforim,put me on 100 mg clomid my next cycle to see if that helps, do ultra sound around day 14, give me a hcg shoot see if that gets me to ovulate. 2 if i don't ovulate with that then to do a laparoscopy not sure what that is yet. 3 do iui's.
i feel so hopeless how many other women partner count is so low with pcos and a blocked tube still concieved i really need to hear some succes stories to lift me up

Like you my DH has low sperm count, 5 million. I have problems as well (MTHFR, t-shaped uterus, elevated natural killer cells) and we both have the DQ-alpha protein. So like you I feel like there is a double edged sword cutting into both my DH and I, lowering our chances.
I do see some positive things in your visit though. Your RE has given you some great options to start with. Having the ability to do IUI is great! Many couples are told to go straight to IVF.
There are many women on here with similar diagnosis who have become pregnant. Try to hang in there. This website is a great resource for information, comfort, and understanding.
