Hello Ladies!
I am really torn about whether I should enter this drawing for a free IVF??? I have gone to this informational event two times already, and I plan to go again, but I don't have to enter the drawing. I have entered it in the past, but obviously, I didn't win. If we were to win, it does not include the meds, but the entire IVF is included. We always ask ourselves, "what if we win?" This well-known RE in my city has it twice a year and he is not my RE, but the catch is that you would have to be willing to take a picture or have your name in their publications or appear on other media. I always struggle with that because I am already a private person and have only discussed this with two close friends and obviously my parents and brothers. I have talked with my DH about it and he is going to come with me, but if we won, he doesn't like taking pictures or feel all that comfortable with the 'public' aspect of it too??? I don't want to put him in an uncomfortable position. We have been discussing it a lot, but he has been my rock and we have been praying and thinking about what we would do - although, that is of course, based upon us even winning! But I do know that last time, they took a picture of the person who won, immediately. We don't know what to do, but I am also trying to decide whether to do another IVF with my RE this summer or just pray it happens naturally again and it stick!! But at the old age of 45, you start to get really anxious and lose all hope, so we don't know what to do???!! But then, what if we actually win and it results in a baby???!!! ARRRGGGGHHHHH!

What do you have to lose?! Other than a little privacy. IVF is becoming more and more common and talked about though now.
