What we've been told & read.
Vitamin A = helps falopian tubes & sperm production
Vitamin E = regulates estrogen & increases sperm count plus reduces risk of cyctic fibrosis in child
Vitamin D = helps in development of child
B Vitamins - all taken together help sperm count & motility, health of testes, & prostrate
Vitamin c & bioflavonoids = helps promote ovulation, & sperm development plus reduces clumping of sperm, great for baby development as well to avoid misscarraige.
Calcium = great for her to produce fertile mucus in vagina, great for baby development ... Got Milk Ladies
Magnisium (Mg) = needed for estrogen and progesterone production
Potassium = needed for glandular health and sperm motility
Iron = produciton of hemoglobin
Manganese = assists in sperm count
Zinc (Zn) = most important for pregnant women and male reproductive health, needed for high sperm count & well formed sperm, Zn deficiency is noted by white spots on fingernails.
Evening Primrose Oil = males need more helps in prostaglandin production and correct hormone balance, women do not take after ovulation as it can contribute to the sheding of the uterine lining.
A multivitamin gives most of the required units, a healthy diet gives a lot more, then add what one feels they are missing. Hope it helps.
Folic Acid = assists in the production of sex hormones and balancing estrogen & progesterone = also linked to reducing chance of spinabifita (sp?)in child.
