I forgot I was going to tell you all that my doctor recommended vitamins for my husband's reproductive health. I'm sure this has been a topic before, but for those of you who haven't heard, Vitamin C (500 mg), Zinc (50 mg), and Folic Acid (800 mcg) are good ones. They have expensive vitamins out there that are made specifically for infertility, but this is what we have tried, and our specialist says that my husband's semen samples have improved.
