URGENT NEED HELP!

I took my shot of Follistim this morning and now about 7 hours later I am cramping (which I've been doing off an on during this whole thing with Clomid and everything) but I just went to the bathroom and had some spotting. Has anyone ever had this happen right before ovulation???? Dr. at lunch til 1pm waiting to call. Supposed to go in friday for trigger and sat/mon for IUIs. freaking out about what this spotting could be!

Im not too familiar with IUI process but I think Follistim is similar to Gonal F - I've had some light spotting with Gonal. Im doing IVF though. Sometimes with these injectables, you get a break thru period/spotting. AGAIN, IVF is different from IUI. Hopefully you hear from your Dr soon.

I called and left them a voicemail to call me back asap. i just want to know if i need to start OPK sooner than thursday.

just talked with re nurse. they want me to come in tomorrow afternoon for an u/s to see if things are progressing faster than they expected.

Did you do birth control pills before stimming? If you did this could be withdrawal bleed from them. It comes within a week or so since stopping bc.

no birth control pills.

re gave me prometrium to start af (only took for 3 days cause af showed up on her own)

5 days of clomid @ 100mg
1 day off
150iu of Follistim this morning

af has been gone for about 4 or 5 days no bleeding and cm has been egg whitey one day nothing the next back and forth for a couple of days like that.

RE thinks maybe I react very well to the medication and wants to do u/s tomorrow afternoon in case i'm ready for the trigger a lot sooner than expected.

sorta just confused and worried right now, will feel better after tomorrow's u/s. i'm probably just being overly hormonal cause of the follistim and there is nothing to worry about, but the nurse wants to double check

I did not use follistim before with Clomid so I am not sure. Good luck with what ever it is and especially good luck if you are triggering! Sticky baby dust to you!!
