When I listed what I take (I just bought a pre-natal at a nutrition/vitamin store), and take additional calcium, vitamin C and a little more folic acid (I am older and I eat much less carbohydrate (flour) products, so I do not get much folic acid by means of "fortified" cereals and breads.
Be sure to ask your doctor(s) about the recommended Upper Intake Limit (how much you can take without it being bad for you).
Also state of mind is important...after my 4th IUI I didn't have much hope I was waiting for the AF to show up so I could proceed with IVF(in January). I think when you least expect it, it happens. Best of luck!
I walk almost every day for many reasons. I stopped caffeine, I'm eating well balanced meals because if I don't get it in a vitamin I should be getting it from food. I'm trying to get all the rest I need and focusing on being happy instead of stressed through the cycles each month. Doing anything positive for yourself is a great idea.
