O.K. ladies I trigger at 6:30pm, and I have a cold, sore throat and feel kind of crummy. Is is o.k. to take some cold medicine to feel better?? I called my nurse to see, waiting for her to call back. What do you think?

My clinic usually sends home a sheet with all approved meds. I can't seem to remember the cold medicine. Sorry, but I hope your nurse calls soon!

OMG! I did my trigger shot a little over a week ago and was sick too! I drank a cup of Theraflu (I like the warm lemon drink) the same night as my trigger and I was fine.

I am as sick as a dog too! Feel like Im dying. Saw my RE on Monday and she said nothing but Tylenol. UGH! What I would give for some NyQuil!!!!

I hope you are feeling better. I know I said I drank Theraflu when I did my trigger which I believe was fine since it was before ET. But AFTER ER or IUI or when ever in 2ww you should only use Benadryl or Tylenol. I spoke with my RE nurse yesterday for something else and she suggested Benadryl and said it is fine even during pregnancy if I am sick or having an allergy.

While I was just doing my stims I got sick. I called the IVF Nurse and she said ONLY tylenol and if I MUST then Robitussen with NO letters. Just plain old robitussen. Ask about that. But this was before ER and ET. Feel Good

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
