I always just try to eat organically, non GMO, etc. I would say to try to eat healthy but don't stress yourself about it. The situation is stressful as it is- just try to minimize it. I wouldn't go with any huge lifestyle changes- just take it as easy as you can...
I had multiple IVFs but I only got pregnant while I was on blood thinners during transfer. You may want to talk to your doctor about this- I think it made all the difference with me. Only BFNs and chemical pregnancies prior. I took baby aspirin and heparin prior to transfer and continued through the first trimester. I took these even though I tested negative for clotting disorders. Some doctors believe that blood thinners can help with any pregnancy. I think it is definitely worth a conversation with your RE.
good luck
I honestly believe just stress and a sense of happiness make the biggest differences, and they don't have to cost a lot of money. Right after my transfer, the nurse told me that while everything looked and went perfectly, there really wasn't anything I could do to make the eggs stick. If it's going to work, it'll work, and I had to trust on that. I felt that it was going to work, and ta da! That next week we got our BFP :)
