I am looking for success stories- especially after a lap. I am scheduled to have one done at the end of this month (my first surgery, which I am nervous about). My doctor wants to investigate what may be causing my 3-5 days of spotting before my period (polyps, endo?) and he wants to determine if my right tube is in fact blocked as it showed on the HSG. He promised me that when he's in there, he'll remove anything he can that's in the way... short of my tubes and ovaries...hahaha! I trust him, and I REALLY want to know what's going on. I guess I'm afraid of getting my hopes up. Has anyone had successful pregnancies after going through a lap and having things removed etc? I am also on Clomid to ovulate better, my cycle is a few weeks off-based on my endo biopsy. I guess I am just looking for stories of positive outcomes... anyone??
