I understand. It is important to have someone to talk to. I am glad you came here because no one should go through this alone. My husband, also, does not find it as difficult as I do. It is also hard to find the right words to say to us when we were are in these situations. Just know that I am wishing you well and sending positive thoughts.

Been married for 5 years. It made me angry when my coworker got married and his wife got pregnant in one month. That was December and they are due soon. They are bragging all about it on facebook! I am the only one in my circle of friends who doesn't have children, and i am the most motherly one. Most of them complain how their life sucks now and how pregnancy was just an accident, and they tried to prevent it. Or they didn't know if they actually wanted kids. Or they decided to have kids and it happened, no problem. or how they planned each kid exactly two years apart to make it "easier" on themselves. Can you believe it?
But that's ok, my future kids will know every day how much we wanted them and how loved they are. We are seeing a specialist now. I have faith that it will all work out in the end. And another thing is that men are wired differently. My husband is very supportive , but the situation is obviously harder for me.

Tiffany I totally know what you mean. I don't get angry at everyone when I find out that they are expecting. Some people deserve kids and some people you ask yourself why do they even have kids. There is a girl that is a friend of the family that is expecting her 6 th child. Her 5 others she does not have. The state has taken them away. She is a drug addict and its aggravating seeing her putting kids through that. Then you got people like us that struggle with just having one baby.
And we have been to the doctor we know what are next step is but we have pushed it back because of money. I'm
Going to be doing the ivf. And I do believe one day I'll be mom. I just need to keep my head up

I think a lot of us totally know how you are feeling. It's really hard when almost everyone around you is pregnant or has kids. I can't speak for all the guys, but my husband in particular tells me not to focus on it and on one hand that's really helpful b/c he's reminding me that we have each other, but on the other it's like - it's easy for you to say b/c you're probably not the one holding us back from having said kids! I think it's very different for them b/c WE are the ones going thru most/all of the procedures. They either accompany us or do some of the tests. The lions' share of responsibility falls on us, and it's hard for them to really understand. Also, lucky ducks they are don't have the hormones that we do. So to us, everything about trying to become a mom has the added stress of the emotional aspect as well. It's really hard on us- especially when you read/hear horror stories about people and wonder how in the world did they the blessing of having a child?! I hope that things work out for you, and like you said, you keep your head high. For what it's worth, i think there are lot of people on here who totally understand how you feel. I'm one of them.

You are absolutely not alone. I'm positive that 99% of the woman on this site have felt those painful jealousy pangs over pregnancy announcements. Since I've been trying (4years) my best friend has told me about 3 pregnancies....3!! If I would have known that she would have 3 kids before I even have one I probably would have thrown myself off a bridge years ago! lol On a serious note though, it is difficult, but it does get easier. As Lilie mentioned, I try not to focus on them. Other people's pregnancy announcements have nothing to do with you and your life. They may be blessed with children, but secretly have a terrible marriage, or just received a terrible diagnosis, or lost a family member. Everyone is going through their own shit. Sometimes focusing on the good things in your life can help you to get through the envy of other people's ease of getting pregnant. I know it's easier said than done. If anything, it will make you more appreciative for those little ones you will some day have! Praying we will ALL be moms someday.
