Oh, I have been there to. Except, it usually is my work desktop and dual monitors that I want to go soring through my office window!

It is hard. I have finally decided to go see a therapist who works with women and infertility. I have been shutting down from others and just want to be happy again. I'm hoping it helps some.

Just saying that you get it helps tremendously. I do hope that seeing a therapist helps you find your joy again. We all deserve that so, so much! I have been thinking that the same may help me as well. It's so important to take care of ourselves through this all.

I hear ya, sister! Some days I just can't take it. I vent, sometimes cry(which I never used to do on a regular basis before all of this hormonal med!) and can even say things I don't mean. like O maybe we shouldnt do anymore, etc. But then i think about it, and the meltdown passes, and I know I want to keep going on this journey even more. I have learned you can't be strong ALL the time. My meltdowns only happen to my husband(lucky guy!) and he doesn't always understand. he is a guy's guy, and not really good at sharing any emotions. But he has gotten and is getting better. slowly. Some stuff they just don;t understand. Example-I used to weigh 180lbs. I lost about 60 and am in to staying healthy. This medicine over the past 3 yrs. has made me gain(about 15-20lbs) and I am flabbier,because it often makes me dizzy or sick. my hubby thinks I still look great, but I feel awful. Bottom line-we all crack at some point over one thing or another. This condition affects so many aspects of our lives. Any time you have to vent, this is a great place to do so. And we all know where you are coming from! Hang in There!!

I hear you. These moments usually happen to me at work. I can't cry at work because I surrounded by man and nobody knows my problem. Plus you just can't cry at work. But sometimes I just want to scream from the top of my lunges. I just can't take it anymore. How much person can take? How much is enough? What more God wants from me? What else can I do for him to give me a baby? I learn how go give myself shots, eat tons of medication at the same time. Endure the pain and emberesment office visits. Was it all for nothing? Sorry just can't take it anymore.

Thanks momtopuggle and Mira21. It's just so good to know that other women "get it." A lot of the time I can stay positive and keep my chin up, but sometimes I just get so darn frustrated and tired of it all. This was the one thing I thought I wasn't going to have to work so hard at...wrong again. Oh well, we persevere and thankfully have the support of others who really do "get it!" Thank you for being some of those people!

OMG! I get it. I know that feeling all so well. Keep your chin up. As my neice reminds me says Gooooossse FRAAA BAAA.. it's from the movie anger management. I laugh when I say it and it sounds stupid but It makes me feel better. Think of something really stupid when you feel like this and laugh.
