So as some of you may have read from my last post, I got a positive HPT yesterday. This is after I had a full flow regular period on 1/14. I started spotting yesterday and since I never spot randomly unless I am pg I tested. Sure enough, positive.
I was scheduled to start Lupron for my first IVF cycle next Wednesday. In December we didn't do anything except use the fertility monitor and bd at the right times.
I went in for a beta today and it came back 535. Before you think that is good, it isn't. It's bad because of the timing. Based on when I ovulated my numbers should be waaaaaay higer than this because I'd be 6 weeks pregnant. The only logical explantion the nurse could come up with is that my numbers are on their way down. But she seemed just as confused as I am. She said when she showed my RE the results he said, "oh no she is going to freak out, she's been through this so many times". Yes, Dr. I am freaking out and yes, I've been through this way TOO MANY times. I'm so sick of this. I can never get excited over a bfp because it never ends good. I don't know what to even think or what to do, scream, cry or laugh because this is so ridiculous! I'm just at my wits end.
Regardless they said my IVF cycle is cancelled. I was so anxious to get started.
I don't know how in the world this could possibly turn out good but I'm praying that it does. It would be such a miracle if I'm really truely pregnant. I go back on Saturday for another beta and then hopefully we will have more answers.

in the case that they dont, are you on progesterone? or have they done any genetic testing to see what could cause this so many times. your poor heart:( stay strong,momhopes. your time will come.
