Everything went absolutely perfect at the RE yesterday!!! They did external and internal ultrasounds and a full physical exam. My ovaries and uterus look fabulous and the lining is perfect. So everything is prime for an IUI to work. And everything is moving along. He started me on the Clomid at 100mg last night. I will take that for 5 days then take a day off. Then I will give myself 150iu of Follistim next Tuesday. On the 27th I start taking OPK and on the 28th I go in for an ultrasound. If all my follicles look ripe and ready they will give me the trigger shot on Friday the 28th....MY BIRTHDAY! What a great present a big ol needle in the butt! I would then have my first IUI on Saturday the 29th and my second on Monday the 31st. 3 days later another ultrasound to make sure the follicles collapsed and my eggos popped out. That friday April 4th I would have yet another bw done to check my progesterone level (if it is too low he will tell me to start taking prometrium again to keep the levels up). And then on Monday April 14th I will go in for my BETA! This is all going crazy fast that I'm actually having fun with this cycle. Now granted this is assuming all goes as planned and I am ready for the trigger on Friday the 28th. If not I will take another shot of Follistim and go from there. I have a good feeling about getting a shot on my birthday though. Obviously I will keep everyone updated as things progress, but this is where I am right now.

i was having such a good day then.......all hell broke loose. i got a phone call from one of my friends that was a bridesmaid. her husband just got deployed. he leaves tomorrow for iraq. then i got a call from my bf, one of her friends called her in tears and told her that she had just had an abortion. my bf told her that if she had only called first she had someone (me) that would have adopted the baby. her response was that she couldn't stand to let someone else raise her child!!!! can you believe that?!?!?! someone else can't raise her child, but she can kill it??????? i'm so lost right now.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
