Oh and is there maybe a site that sells these and discounted rates? It would stink to spend the money and not work.

I found the best place to find one is ebay, you can usually find a discounted new one... I found mine not worth the money b/c it would tell me im ovulating but the doctors would say other wise.

I got mine on ebay. It was brand new and came with a box of sticks for I think $140. They are much easier to read than the throw away ones and because my cycles were all over the place I always needed more than the 7 sticks that came in the throw away ones. But, I'm not sure they really save money. The sticks are $50 if you buy them in the stores and cheapest I found them online was $40. They say it's a 3 month supply cuz they assume you'll only need 10 sticks each month but I always needed more so a box would only last me maybe a month and a half.
So, they are very simple to read and they always told me when I ovulated. You can call the company that makes it and they will send you a monitor reader card and you can put it in your monitor and send it back to them and they will mail you a printout with a summary of all of your cycles for the past 6 months. They only do this once though, not sure why cuz it seems like a valuable thing to have. So, I would suggest you keep track of it on your own as well. If you have any questions feel free to message me!
