My mail order pharmacy is out of the leuprolide acetate 14 day kit and doesnt know when they will get more. Is there an equivalent that I could order in place of the 14 day kit?

I've heard of Lupron Depot - it's one shot that takes the place of the 14 day course. Ask your RE if you can substitute it.

I have some in my frig leftover, it would be more than enough...if you are really in a bind. I know that may not be your first choice, but if desperation calls!!

I have the same problem. I guess there's a shortage right now.. I don't understand how everyone could be out of it. I don't start it until May 21, so hopefully I can get my hands on some before then. Good luck!

I was able to order and receive the the leuprolide acetate 14 day kit from village fertility pharmacy. It was just ordered last week and shipped. Now they did say that it was on a national shortage. But if they couldn't fur fill the order for my they were going to fax my script over the freedom pharmacy. Maybe you can check with those two pharmacies to see if you can get it. Hope this information helps you out.

My RE just switched my protocol because of the national shortage... doing an antagonist protocol instead- ganrilex? Anyway, I read good things about it? Good luck to you!!
