I am struggling so much right now. We have been TTC for over two years, you know the deal- clomid, clomid & IUI, IUI & injectables, and just yesterday I started the meds for our first IVF treatment. We have never had a BFP. I am most scared it won't work. I am scared to be excited it could work. Then I am scared we could be so happy to get a BFP and then miscarry. I want to protect my heart but we want this so bad. Any suggestions on how to deal with these torn emotions? I am not looking forward to the longest wait of my life- waiting 14 days until blood test to show BFP or not.
My advice is take it day by day. There is no protecting your heart from this. We had a BFN in November from our second IVF and it was very tough.
I know it's hard but try to go about your day as normally as possible and not think about it!
