Well this was supposed to be a great day. I was so happy this morning. I toke the day off, was swimming in the pool, the weather was wonderfull, I was excited I had my echo.
I'm still pregnant, still no miscarage so now I'm just waiting to lose my baby.
There was no heartbeat...they didn't even find an embryo.
I go back next week for a second echo and I still have to take my meds just in case but they said it was over.
With IVF they know how far along you are so it just can't be a mistake.
After trying for so long with all the operations I was so lucky that my first IVF cycle had worked... I guest not that lucky.
I don't know what to do, I'm still in shock. Husband almost fainted when we were leaving the clinic. I was so mad at him for that. I know not really logical to be mad. Now he wanted to eat and I'm mad about tgat too.

You have my sympathies. I went through exactly the same thing two years ago, and nearly fainted when my clinic hustled me out of the US suite (they needed the room) and handed me a tissue, a prescription for Misoprostol (to bring on a period), an information sheet on pregnancy loss, and a pathology requisition. I felt like I was swept out with the garbage.
Two weeks ago, I finally became pregnant with donor embryos, and found out that my BHCG levels are falling instead of rising. Another 'missed abortion' (I hate that term). Just waiting for the actual loss to take place, and it is awful.
