I am going in for bloodwork Thursday to find out if I ovulated this cycle on Femara- I had all the symptoms, ovulation pain, CM, and a positive OPK BUT when I went for my midcycle U/S (the day after +OPK) there were NO mature follicles. The biggest was 11mm on day 16. Has this happened to anyone? If I didn't ovulate, injectibles may be the next route. The crazy part is that I usually ovulate on my own- just not always consistent/good.... I am just very anxious about the NEXT step......

Maybe you ovulated a mature follicle before your u/s and that's why you didn't see it. Last cycle on femara, I ovulated on day 13...the day I had my u/s. I had a postive OPK on day 12, and my temp spiked way up on day 14 which is how I know I ovulated on day 13. This is super early for me...I am usually a day 18+ ovulator. So maybe you ovulated much earlier:)

I ovulate the first cycle on Femera...didn't get pregnant. Then couldn't get anymore follicles to grow. I then went to injectables in combination with the Femera since I had some response with it. I got 1 good follicle to grow on 5 days of repronex and now I'm pregnant! Don't worry about the next step....it works! And you may not need it from the way it sounds.

I DID- I went today (it was a better day for me than tomorrow)and... My progesterone was at between 23-24!! So I must've went for my U/S too late........... My instincts were right, don't always believe the medical technology! :o)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
