Well, today is my 28th birthday, and it's a time of reflection. I am sitting here thanking God for everything I have, yet I am wondering why I still don't have what I want most...
I go tuesday for another U/S to see which side my follicle is on this month. Last month, it was on my blocked side. I am just hoping and praying it's on my right side- which seemed to be fine in surgery!!!! I really hope my blocked side isn't a dominant ovary or something.
I am going the natural route, with herbs, diet changes and supplements, massage and acupuncture. I feel great! I am just hoping I can conceive this way though!!
I would appreciate a hope or prayer from anyone out there, that I get good news on Tuesday. I know that doesn't mean that I will conceive this month.... but it's a step in the right direction for me- I get terrible side effect from hormonal medications and am hoping to not have to go there. I know many of you feel the same way.

YOu've got it. I tried the natural route too, and have just switched things up now. I should be ovulating this weekend....today is day 14...so I'm worried cause there had been naddaaaaa.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
