Had my 6 week ultrasound this morning doctor said she didn't see the embryo only the sac, does it mean I have a sac only and no fetal pole! She said everything looks "great" and not to worry towards the end of the exam she did ask if I had "any frozen embryos" :-( She wants me to continue medication but I'm so so worried and upset. As soon as I left the office I busted out in tears! It's so hard not to "worry" as she put it!

I go back next Wednesday!! Please please god, let my doctor see the embryo next week!!! Any words of encouragement are greatly appreciated and also anyone with similar experience please share. Thank you all

I know this must be so bitter sweet for you, hang in there lil momma! Sending prayers your way.

I hope you don't mind me sharing a side story with you....my gf struggled with IF years before I met her. In chatting one day about it, she mentioned that her son (who is now 4) was a twin but the twin didn't make it. My first reaction was to say "I am so sorry". She looked at me with such a sweet smile and said "don't be, I have an amazing son, it worked out the way it was supposed to".

Not saying that what she went through or what you might be facing is easy or not heartbreaking, but it was beautiful to see how she was at peace with it years later.

KandJ - 1 heartbeat was pretty strong, doct didn't mention rate but the weak one's heart rate was only 107, I was looking online last night and even though it was low, most people online were saying that would be considered "normal"????? I am also only measuring 6 weeks 4days today and I should have been at 7 weeks yesterday :-( Doctor did mention that another of her patient is also measuring exactly like me and we both had transfer the same day!

When I had my 6 weeks ultrasound I was measuring about three days behind what I thought I should be due to my transfer date. Sometimes embryos implant later. The important thing is that they continue to develop and grow weekly.

Glad to hear some good news, I know this must be hard. Don't give up on the second baby - baby may catch up! Will keep praying.

OMG, you are in my prayers and I hope that God keeps that little embryo safe and continue to grow! I know it's hard not to worry and I can't even tell you not to because I would be so scared too. Keep you faith and we will be rooting for you!
