After receiving a BFP from the doctor last week Thursday I was on cloud 9;) I knew that Monday would be a big day and that we needed to see the numbers double every two days. I kept myself busy and the time went by pretty fast.
Then it happened.....Sunday night, I started to spot. Very light but it hadn't happened up to that point and I was 4 days passed that day I should have got AF.
I cried and curled up next to DH. I woke up the next morning and there was more bleeding and I just didn't want to face the day. I called in sick to work but still got up to drive to the docs. I talked to the nurses a bit and they just told me to wait and see what my numbers were and to relax and take it easy for the rest of the day.
The wait was awful...after getting a call at 10:45 am with the BFP, I was in agony until the call came through at 2:00pm! My numbers only in creased to 45 (they started at 24). After the morning of cramping and spotting (sorry for TMI but it was very clotty as well) I thought for sure somethind had happened and it was over. A piece of me was happy that the numbers increased at least but that it not nearly enough. The nurse told me that the doctor is concerned with the numbers and the fact that I am bleeding but I just need to take it easy. As long as I promised to sit at my desk, they said it was ok to return to work. All the spotting that I has was dark brown and at one point very light pink...nothing bright red so that is good....right? I am just not sure what to think. What happens if your numbers don't increase as rapidly as they should...just a slow grower? No more bleeding or even spotting today...just some dark brown discharge that I think is the Crinone that I am on. I have to now wait until Thursday to go back for another blood draw...ugh.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
Keep us posted...
Many hugs and blessings
