Sorry that you have to wait and endure more financial burdens....Is this your first appt? Maybe you can get into a different clinic to save money this year and next! Just a suggestion.

its the only clinic within an hour of where we live... its unbelievable! they have like 4 different clinics in the city area but one hour outside the main suburbs there is nothing... it almost feel like a joke

If you are starting IVF then did they at least put you on BCP to start with?

Gov't rebate. I haven't heard of that?? Is that true??

Hi girls, the rebate is in Australia, the government used to cover about $5000 of the treatment, but some heartless asshole in parliament decided that it was best to give the money to lap banding or unemployed teenage mothers (yes they get $5000 for popping one out) so we will be up for a lot more than expected.

unfortunately, they haven't started me on anything... I've had all the testing, we have been waiting for almost three years, but because so many people are rushing in before the subsidy is lowered, we get to miss out. It is just so frustrating

I would seriously consider a new RE--I have never heard of this before that they can't fit you in...what???

Waiting is just SOOOOOO hard. I had to wait over a year after a cancelled cycle to start one up again b/c of dh having surgery and seeing if there was imprvmt. So i really know how you feel. The time will go by I promise and you will have your miracle in 2010!!!
