But my DH had varicocele in his left testicle and he did have the surgery. His SA was 3% normal and good motility but we had no chance of getting pregnant on our own. So the urologist had him start taking Conception RX to see what that did because we didnt want to jump into sugery right away. An we ened up doing an IUI + Clomid about 1 month later after he started the vitamins and we concived on the first try! (An his numbers were up already i think we had 29 million!) But sadly I miscarried at 6 weeks. So then we decied to lay low and have his surgery done. Then we started back up about 2 months later. His numbers were amazing he was still taking his vitamins and 2 cycles after that we conviced again! But sadly we miscarried that one also at 8w! But I have found out I have lots of issues that could have cause the miscarriages! So don't think that will happen to you! I know my DH having that surgey really helped us out it has been about 2 years in March and his count is still very good pretty much normal we had one IUI that had 80 million! So best of luck to you and your DH hope this helps! ((baby~dust))
