a few months ago I asked if anyone was on letrozole and was it successful...One of my closest peers just informed that she got preggers on Letrozole on the second round. I have finally begun it and have noticed some sharp pains which i will inform the specialist tomorrow...I am wondering if anyone else had anything advice or information about Letrozole.

I have had two rounds of the letrozole along with my first IUI a week ago. So far the letrozole has worked. This cycle I finally had a mature egg, a feat that clomid couldn't do. I also haven't notice any really side affects. I get headaches sometimes, but that could be from anyting. I don't have any negatives about it. I hope it works for you.

I was on Letrozole for 3 cycles and got pregnant on the 3rd :o) Also on the 3rd, right after I ovulated, I was having REALLY sharp cramps on my right side (knew it wasn't me appendix b/c they've already been removed!) and I contacted my ob/gyn. They had me come in immediately for an u/s and found that I had a small cyst on my right ovary and had also hyperovulated (released more than 1 egg) and that was what was causing the pain. Definitely call your doc and suggest an u/s. Other than that I LOVED Letrozole and it obviously worked for us as I am now 15 weeks preggers :o)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
