I did the Clomid during 2 IUIs and unfortunately, they were unsuccessful. I think I wasn't monitored correctly though and possibly ovulated before the Hcg injection. I changed doctors since then. My advise is to make sure they monitor you correctly and to also have intimacy after IUI process.

I used clomid for 2 years with no sucess but then my Dh has his own problems too. Though my best friend had been tcc for 4 years and got prgnant on the first month with clomid hope that happens to you. keep your spirits up i know its hard.

I also am having difficulties ovulating, and I am thinking it is because I was on depoprovera for a year. This is my first month of clomid. I took it days 5-9 of my cycle (you can also take it days 3-7 I think). The five days I took it were not bad, but the weeks afterwards I was emotional and having hot flashes. It did make me ovulate, which I know because of a progesterone level drawn on day 28. I am now on day 33 of my cycle and have not started AF yet. I took a pg test today and it said negative, although I am having some pregnancy symptoms. I am expecting AF to start any day now, and then we will try again!
