I didn't know which forum to post this questions so here it goes:
On our first round of IUI in September 07 we conceived on Letrozole (ms in december) and I do not remember hot flashes...this round we used clomid and we just finished our IUI however I am still having wicked hot flashes...does that mean we are not pregnant? Has anyone else experienced this?

I did not use clomid but I did use Femara and they caused the hot flashes!

im on day four of femara so nothing yet, but we will being doing our first round of IUI this month. Will this be your 2nd round of IUI?

I had some hot flashes on Clomid. I never used more than 50mg, but I had a friend that went up to 150 and hers were much worse than mine.

I had wicked hot flashes with Clomid and they lasted well after I stopped taking them. I wouldn't necessarily associate it with not being pregnant. I think it may just still be in your system. Good luck!

I have been on 50mg of Clomid for the past 4 months and it has caused hot flashes every month ! I think it is a normal side effect of Clomid - don't worry about them! Sending baby dust your way!

I had HORRIBLE hot flashes from the Clomid. I believe it lasted a few days after I took my last pill. It was so bad that the AC blowing on me didn't even help. I thought my body was going to ignite in flames! Guess I know what menopause will be like...

I hope it goes away soon but is normal. It could be pregnancy too. Where are you in your cycle?

THANK-YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR THE REPLIES.
I am so glad that I am not alone in this. To answer some questions:
1. It is our 1st IUI since our M/C with which we did conceive with an IUI
2. I am on day 28 however my cycle has been 41 days
