Funny how hard it can be for me to remember that I need to continue to take good care of my marriage, along with trying to have a baby!

For anyone else who finds it sometimes easy to forget.

I think everyone find it hard at some point... we all have our ups and our downs. IF can easily pull a marriage apart, but it can also bond you so tight that you know nothing could break you up. IF might be one of the hardest things in life!

That's absolutely the truth! It can make or break a marriage--hopefully make for most of us.

I have actually read a few studies that found that couples who go through IF and stay married have a far lower lifetime divorce rate than those who never face IF. Makes sense to me!

yes cause if consumes u some days. The want for a baby is like nothing else. At first it was tearing us a part but now were stronger then ever cause we vow to do whatever it takes to have a baby.I think in the long run we ll have better marriages and be better parents cause of if. And other the fertilites will be divored and have unrulely children ha ha ha.

IF have no doubt cause a lot of divorce infact in my part of the world if you dnt get pregant after 2yrs of marriage your mother inlaw will personal bring in a new wife for your husband and if he's not the strong type that can stand up to his mother or any pressure from family or friends it becomes a bad situation.
Every sister ttc should built & keep with perseverance and faith their marriages as our husbands also need psychological help to keep going especially if you have one like mine who loves kids.

Thank you so much for sharing mumbeulah. It is good to remember how even more difficult IF can be for women outside of the U.S. Your post reminds me yet again just how incredibly strong women faced with IF are, amongst the strongest I know!

We all know that if we can get through IF and keep our marriages together, we will most likely come through as better parents because of it (like Ronnig mentioned).....but try and say that to someone who has kids and they get all offended! How can WE be better parents than them?? It's hard not being able to say anything to anyone without them getting offended.

Yes, it's a touchy subject. I guess yet another reason why it's so wonderful to have a community of women who we can say it to.
