In vitro fertilization is one of the most common and utilized ways of treating conception problems. This support group is dedicated to those beginning their journey with IVF and needing support. So IVF is on hold at the moment, just waiting for apt next week to get an idea what the plan of action from here is!
The main thing bothering me at the moment is my Boss!!! She leapfrogged me to a promotion at work earlier this year (even though I hired her, trained her and shes been there half the time I have) I have dealt with this pretty well and was very proud of myself, for not letting it stress me out too much.
However, she is the WORST manager I have ever had and getting worse, she has cut me out of everything and there are whispers that I am not supporting her, so basically she is using me as a scapegoat for everything she's screwing up!! Now she has hired two new people without even consulting me on my opinion when I am the one who will be having to train (since we have no other staff available to do it, we were a team of 6 now we have 3) them on top of our excessive work load and short staffing.
I am really worried this stress is going to tip me over, I hate a job I once loved and I don't know how to deal with it without looking like a trouble making bad loser!
I do not need this at a time when I need to be in peak physical and mental condition for my FET in the next few months.
I have no idea how to deal with this, any advice will be much appreciated!

If your boss bad enough to last? Does anyone else see it? You are in a tough position, I was too. Everyone was like "oh, but he is a nice guy" and I was like "I don't care how nice he is, he needs to do his job!" But, eventually the powers that be saw the issues, because he ended up getting moved! If there is no chance of her moving, and you don't want to leave and you can't switch departments, I'd try to think about what you can do to get her on your side. Maybe she was being a tioYou are going through a tough time, maybe she has a heart and can sympathize. She sucks, but it apparently doesn't bother her. Don't let it stress you out more than you already are. A supportive boss makes this whole process go better!
