Hi ladies, on Sun. I posted about some light spotting. This has now turned into all out bleeding, just like AF. My RE had me come in Mon. morning for ultrasound and another beta and he saw nothing to worry about on the ultrasound and my beta went from 206 on Sun. to 344 on Mon.. He did say that was a good thing and put me on bed rest until Wed. when I go for another beta. I am still bleeding, I am trying really hard not to worry too much, since the beta went up quite a bit over night and he's not too concerned yet but it's really hard. I don't understand why all the bleeding. I've tried looking it up online but mostly it's all about spotting, and this is not just spotting anymore. Has this happened to any of you? Sorry this was so long and thanks again for any input you might have.

I would call your doctor. It could be nothing, but it could be something too. I've heard mixed stores... not to scare you but one of my best friends had heavy bleeding and unbearable cramps and the doctor told her to take motrin and call her in the morning... needless to say it did not turn out well. ON the other hand, I heard a story of a girl who was bleeding and it trned out just to be a blood clot. Either way I would definitely call your doctor - if you have pain/cramps too I would go straight to the ER. My friend did not do that and she could have hemmoraged risking her life as well. Again, not to scare you but I always err on the side of caution.

Forgot to mention - I had some light cramping on Sunday but now it's gone.

As long as your RE was not worried I would say try not to worry to much. I know, easier said than done. I have a friend that had a period every month of her pregnancy and she gave birth to a happy healthy baby. Do you think that could be whats going on? Good luck and I hope the bleeding stops soon!

I know it is hard, but try to stay calm. You did all the great things, went to talk with your doctor, had a beta, and had an ultrasound. If your doctor is not concerned, then I would try not to be as well. I really hope that your next beta today is wonderful and that your bleeding stops.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
