Hi all,
Many thanks to all those who said they would be interested in the IF research project. I finally got ethics clearance so we are ready to go!!!
for those of you who don't know about the project, basically I am a researcher in 'off line' life. I thought that it is really important to give our struggle a voice, so I thought I would create some research wich will hopefully give us a platform to speak out and hopefully increase awareness of IF!!!

I know that sometimes it is hard to get the consent form to edit so if you are having trouble, please message me and I will update if for you and will send you a link to view the updated form. (But please, please make sure you read all information first!!!)
There is also a survey that you will need to fill out (its only really short)

I tried to do the survey but it wouldnt open it said it was offline
as for the consent forms - how does that work do we print it then enail it to you or upload it back on the dic sharing site?

sorry I forgot the go live button!!! I have now updated the survey and it is live... I have also put the consent form there so you don't have to use the Google doc if you don't want to!
