Can you ladies who have gotten BFP's or had successful pregnancies send some tips my way... I am looking for what protocol worked and what you recommend etc. You all give me HOPE that this infertility journey will end one day on a POSITIVE note!!!!! Thank you in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS- my known infertility causes are endometriosis, and a luteal phase issue where my progesterone doesn't surge for long enough.

I did the clomid for one cycle. I think for me it was definetly that but I also think it was all the other stuff I was doing. Accupuncture, energy work, working on my relationship with my DH, taking herbs, exercising, royal jelly... I think it was a combo of things. Good luck

Geritol Tonic---I started taking Geritol Tonic after my son Gavin was stillborn October 31,2007. I got pregnant again January 2008 and had my son Beckham September 30, 2008. I was not on any fertility meds---the RE wanted to put me on clomid when I was trying to get pregnant the first time. I ended up pregnant before I could start it. I really think that taking the Geritol Tonic, working out and drinking a ton of water really helped me---I had unexplained infertility. We did at home IUI's and finally it worked and the pregnancy stuck!!!! Good luck!!!!

I took Gonal F and Luveris for my IVF cycle with ICSI. I gave up all caffeine - even chocolate. I am now 18 weeks preggo with twin boys - and do indulge in caffeine every once in awhile. I just rested and tried to not stress about things. the most important factor to me was the love and support of my DH who would give me my shots and daily pep talks. I couldn't have done it without his amazing love and support.

I used clomid and opk's and then bed with preseed. I also kept my legs and rear elevated for 20 minutes. Then you are free to shower and what not. Good luck.

Oh you may also want to talk to your doctor about prochieve progesterone suppositories. It helps support the pregnancy.

yeesh....we did multiple cycles with everything from "NOTHING" the all natural way to Clomid to full on stims etc. We never went past IUI's though. Our winning cycle was

Clomid days 3-7
Injectibles Days 8-whenever they told me to stop
Trigger Shot
1 IUI
Acupuncture to manage the side effects all during this process
Fertile Aid for Men for my DH to help his spermies.
