Hey ladies,
I haven't been on in awhile I have been super busy and decided to go out and get myself not 1 but 2 puppies 17 & 19 weeks old so they keep me on my toes to say the least. Something postive for a change.
Anyways after months of waiting blood work and such I fianally ovulated :) on 100 mg clomid but it worked right. However just as i'm starting to get my hopes up guess what shows up AF yesterday. Like why give me my month for my BFP already. So what now
My dear sweet hubby's counts have come up as well :) They went from 6 million back up to 12 so we are heading in the right direction. Dr believes it's the cocktail of vitmians that he is on. Only hoping that it will get back up to the 19 & 20 that it was at before but I guess 12 is way better then 6.
So what now I wonder well we go back to the dr on Thrusday to find out but both yesterday and today parts of me have just wanted to say screw it but the desire to have a baby is to strong to give up even through all the pain. So hopefully we can get a new treatment plan set up something that works and better yet hopefully for once the man will give me some good new cause he's gotten way to good at giving me bad.

Does you husband take a specific multi-vitamin? My hubby was diagnosed a few weeks ago with low sperm count.
In Jan 2012 my husband count dropped from 19 million to 6 million so we put him on the following vitmians within 3 weeks his count had doubled. Best of luck to you and your hubby hope this helps
Vitimian c 500mg twice daily
vimian e 400 iu twice daily
vitimian b12 2400 iu once daily
zinc 50mg once daily
selenium 100 mcg once daily
l-arginine 1000mg once daily
