Twenty years later, went to the acupuncturist/herbalist for something totally unrelated. (I had to be dragged in by a friend, after 9 months of a persistent rash. It turned out to be caused by too many chili peppers and dirty frying oil from fast food.) In the first 5 minutes, he said, "You have a hormone imbalance." I gasped, "How did you know?!" He just chuckled, and said he could fix it. Sure enough, he did. I've been regular ever since, with a couple of touch-ups from other acupunturists after I moved away.
I was just posting how I started taking multivitamins and HUGE doses of B12, and have been regular since my first monthly cycle that I started taking them. It's been 4 months, and my PCOS symptoms have all but vanished.
I want to see about adding herbs to the mix, so I'm going to be looking for an herbalist to help me out =)
Just some info.
