After spotting for two days and praying it was implantation bleeding, I am now 99.9% sure that AF is here. This was my first cycle of IUI since my 3rd miscarriage in January. Everything looked great. My RE said it was a "really good cycle". I had 2-3 good follicles and DH's numbers were good. So WHY didn't it work?! I am just so sick of this and I don't know how much more I can take. I thought trying again after my mc would make me feel better but getting a BFN just makes everything worse.
They have no idea why I miscarried. We did all the blood tests on me and on the baby's tissue and everything came back normal. So, there's nothing we can do differently to stop that from happening again.
I just feel so sad. I don't know what's worse. The pain of wanting a baby so badly or the pain of trying so hard and having nothing work. Right now I feel like giving up.
To make matters worse, I am still out of job (lost my job the week before my mc in January) and DH's job will probably be gone by September. So, I feel like I'm in a race against time till our insurance runs out and I don't have time to take a break from this.
Last night I had a very vivid dream. I was pregnant and about to give birth and I was counting down the days till I would meet my baby. I was so happy in that dream. I couldn't wait to hold my baby in my arms. Then I woke up to reality and AF. I'm starting to think I will never have a baby to hold.

I felt the same way after our first IUI failed ( also told it was a perfect cycle) and was ready to give up but DH wanted to try just 1 more IUI. WELLLLLL 2nd times the charm!!! We are now 27 weeks pregnant with another boy after our 2nd IUI.
SO try to stay strong and give up! The 2nd time may be the one for you too. I hope you feel better soon!
But just think how happy you'll be and how much you'll appreciate it when it does happen!
