I always love the food posts as I do think it is an important part of this journey. A wholestic approach is always best. I am lucky to live in a rural area where I am part of a Community Supported Agriculture Co-Op and get my weekly delivery of organic local veggies. I also keep a huge freezer in the garage for local beef and poultry. It is common up here to "go in" on a cow and get 1/4 of a grassfed free range beast. I am def. not a organic nazi though and fill in with many of the "safe choices" when necessary too. It is about balance!
